UX Designs and Research

This section showcases a collection of UX designs and research projects I completed during my time at Washtenaw Community College. Each project reflects the skills I developed in user-centered design, interface design, and usability research. Through these experiences, I honed my ability to create intuitive, engaging digital experiences that prioritize user needs and functionality.

Interface Designs

This section showcases my interface design projects created during my studies at Washtenaw Community College. Each design went through a thorough critique process involving groups of students and feedback from my professor. These critiques provided valuable insights, allowing me to refine my designs based on diverse perspectives and professional guidance. This experience taught me how to approach design with an open mind, adapt to constructive feedback, and focus on creating user-centered interfaces that meet both aesthetic and functional goals.

Case Study – Nutrition App for Dog Owners

This case study is a solo project, completed as part of my Google UX Design course, focusing on a nutrition app designed to help dog owners monitor and manage their pets’ dietary needs. With a user-friendly interface, the app allows owners to track meals, ensure balanced nutrient intake, and customize feeding plans. Inspired by my own experience as a dog lover, this project highlights my skills in user research, wireframing, and prototyping while showcasing my commitment to creating functional, compassionate designs.

Case Study – Community Service App / Website

This case study was a solo project completed as part of my Google UX Design course. I independently managed all stages of the project, from user research and persona creation to wireframing and testing. This experience allowed me to apply my UX/UI design skills in a real-world context while focusing on creating an intuitive, user-centered platform for discovering local community service opportunities.
